At iPlanet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy on most products. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your iPlanet account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original product packaging including all manuals, accessories, and tags that were included at the time of delivery.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or iPlanet retail hub.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
